arion-it.com presents Arion Strategy LLC’s technology consulting and advisory services, including IT strategy, systems architecture, AI, data, ERP, CRM and infrastructure. Development, integration, support and technology sourcing are complementary services defined within each engagement.
2. Website use
Use the website lawfully and for its intended informational purpose. Do not attempt unauthorized system access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or interfere with its operation.
3. Information and proposals
The content is a general introduction and does not constitute a contractual offer or guarantee of availability. Pricing, compatibility, licensing, timelines and terms are confirmed in each project’s proposal.
4. Agreements and support
Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance, payments, warranties and support levels are agreed in writing between the parties. This website does not imply round-the-clock support or guaranteed response times.
5. Software, AI and third-party products
Solution selection depends on the client’s environment and requirements. Third-party products and licenses are governed by their respective providers’ terms. AI applications require assessment and validation appropriate to their use.
6. Intellectual property
Third-party brands and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Rights to software, documentation and custom work delivered to a client will be defined in the project agreement.
7. Content and links
Content may be updated. Implementation decisions require a specific technical assessment; general website information does not replace that analysis. External resources are subject to their providers’ terms.
